The Case for Blogs...

Most busy people would think blogging is a waste of time... and still others think it removes physical communication from society. Perhaps that is the case, but we must look at why we blog. My purpose of a blog is to share with others what is on my mind, and what is going on in my life. This also eliminates any unnecessary retelling of the same story, or leaving out of details. You can simply say... "go read my blog." Also, what if you have something pressing you'd like to share, but no one is around to share it, and you don't want to forget that pressing thought?? Yes, blog it!!! Then all your friends can read it and give you comments or advices.

All in all, I have found the usefulness of blogs time and time again. I was speaking to a friend today about "my life" and seemed to have forgotten what had happend a few months ago... all I had to do was simply check my archives, and I am reminded of the event or situation. It's good to have something to read back on, it's good to save these reflections. In the future, you can have reflections of reflections... or learn lessons you onced learned but have forgotten.

Okay, this ain't much of a case, but I'm sure glad I have it!! I don't know what I would do if I lost all my blogs!!! Should I back it up?? But how??? Someone help me!!
